The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is recruiting full-time youth justice workers to support young people in custody at Cherry Creek Youth Justice Precinct near Werribee. You will follow security procedures, supervise daily routines, and model positive behaviour.

The role offers 9 weeks of fully paid training, a fair salary with standard penalty rates, in-house clinical and peer support, and up to $10,000 relocation assistance. Robust resilience and empathy are valued.
