The Opportunity

Based in East Perth with regular site involvement, you will represent our client throughout construction, taking ownership of successful delivery across time, cost and quality. The role requires strong commercial judgement. You will protect tightly controlled project budgets,



negotiate contractual matters and ensure variations are appropriately challenged while maintaining project momentum.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate builders, consultants and key project stakeholders
- Maintain control of programme, budget, quality and project risk
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations throughout delivery
- Hold delivery partners accountable to agreed outcomes
- Provide clear project and commercial advice to executive leadership

About You

- Senior client-side Project Manager, ideally from a Project Management Consultancy
- Proven experience delivering complex construction or development projects
- Strong builder, contract and variation management capability
- Commercially confident with the ability to hold firm when required
- Comfortable operating autonomously across multiple workstreams
