Queensland Corrective Services – Mareeba QLD seeks Official Visitors to provide independent and impartial support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people held in custody at QCS facilities. OVs may review various centre decisions and follow up information with staff to help resolve complaints.

OVs are rostered to attend centres monthly and are paid per completed shift, operating under the Corrective Services Act 2006.
