We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Claims Manager (Australia) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing claims processes, supporting customers, and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and professionally.

- Manage and oversee insurance claims from submission to resolution.
- Review claim details, assess documentation, and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with customers, insurers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the claims process.
- Investigate claims and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding claim status.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims handling processes.




- Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

Applicants must hold one of the following:

- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights
