Available in all our offices, our First Nations Pathway Program is kick start your legal career. The paid program runs for four weeks in either June 2027 or November 2027.



It will provide First Nations university law students with a realistic insight into life at Hall & Wilcox.

You will participate in a tailored program that will provide understanding of who we are, our clients, the work we do and how we do it. The First Nations Pathway Program will provide you with an opportunity to be exposed to a broad range of work while receiving regular feedback.

About you

To be eligible for our First Nations Pathway Program you must:

- be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent;
- be a permanent resident of Australia;
- be currently studying a law degree and in at least your second year;
- be motivated and eager to continually learn and develop; and
- have a passion and drive for a career in law.

No prior work experience is required.
