The Prospect
We’re looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team and make a genuine impact.
In this role, you’ll partner with children and their families to deliver meaningful, goal-driven therapy, helping them build independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life. Working within NDIS and other funding models, you’ll play a key role in creating positive, lasting outcomes.

- Manage a paediatric caseload delivering evidence-based therapy
- Conduct assessments in clinic, home, and school environments
- Develop therapy plans and goals using a strengths-based approach
- Provide functional capacity, ADL, and developmental assessments
- Prescribe assistive technology and complete supporting documentation
- Deliver therapy and education to families, carers, and support networks
- Prepare high-quality reports within required timeframes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external stakeholders
- Participate in case conferences and clinical meetings
You are a dedicated and client-focused Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years OT experience
- At least 12 months NDIS experience
- Experience delivering paediatric therapy services
- Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
