This isn't a role with a ceiling. You'll have real creative authority over client work from day one, and as you prove what you can do, the room you're given only gets bigger. We're not interested in boxing people in.

Beyond the job as it stands, there's more on the table: a real say in how this agency itself gets built – the work we chase, the people we hire, how we run. You'll report to and sit alongside our founder, who holds the Creative Director seat today – she doesn't intend to hold it forever, and eventually, for the right person, there's genuine scope to step up.

Ego chases the seat. We're after someone chasing the work. Because the legacy that matters here was never going to be one name on one door. It's a team that's better because you led it.

Must-haves

- 10+ years agency experience, with Art Director/Design Director level experience
- A portfolio that proves creative judgement, not just creative output
- Confidence presenting and defending work directly to clients
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers
