THE OPPORTUNITY

What if you could earn strong commissions without ever cold calling a stranger? What if you can sell a solution to a pain without requiring your customer to pay for it? That is exactly what this role is. The Cherry on top, we will enable you the skill and tools to lead consultative sales not pressure sales, meaning you will enjoy much higher conversion rates than you have ever experienced. We do not force a specific product, but route the most suitable product to the customer. Blooming Rays runs active digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and our proprietary VPP quiz platform. Every day, fresh leads come in from homeowners who have expressed genuine interest. Your job is to convert that interest into a sale. This is a phone and if you feel a visit to the customer will help in closing the deal, then you are free to head out and do your magic. You receive the lead, you make contact quickly, you qualify the opportunity, and you close. It is sales in its purest form, a warm audience, a strong product, and the right conversation at the right time.

- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

- A genuine hunger to earn well and grow fast: this role rewards effort directly and without a ceiling
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
