Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is seeking an experienced Lead Dementia Respite Assistant to join our Gold Coast Service Centre on a permanent full‑time basis.

This role involves mentoring Dementia Respite Assistants and support workers while delivering person‑centred care across centre‑based and community settings, reporting to the Community Services Manager and supporting older Australians with dementia.
