We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Nelson Bay, Current South Wales. This part-time contract role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our accommodation facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall guest experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.




- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement housekeeping schedules to optimise staff efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
