We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst to join a dynamic enterprise technology workplace supporting a complex national IP network. In this role you will play a key part in maintaining enhancing and delivering robust LAN/WAN infrastructure across data centres major campuses and regional sites
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor support and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across data centres campus networks and regional branch sites
- Perform planned maintenance activities during scheduled windows including after hours work when required
- Manage incidents changes and tasks via ServiceNow ensuring timely and high quality resolution
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues expedite where appropriate and coordinate with internal teams telcos and vendors
- Support on site network implementation activities within Sydney environments
- Contribute to the design development and enhancement of WAN and LAN solutions aligned to business needs
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 post implementation support for network services
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation including designs support guides and handover materials
- Collaborate with project managers technical leads and stakeholders to deliver network initiatives on time and within scope
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute to continuous service improvement
What You Will Bring
- Tertiary qualification in IT Networking Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience CCNP highly regarded
- Strong background supporting enterprise scale LAN/WAN networks across multi site environments
- Hands on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies
- Solid understanding of EIGRP BGP QoS and enterprise IP networking principles
- Experience with firewall technologies such as Cisco ASA or Palo Alto Networks
- Proven ability in troubleshooting and supporting large scale network infrastructure
