Experience is great, but your attitude is what matters most. We provide the training; you provide the passion. We particularly welcome applications from those with lived experience and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The Essentials

- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Workers Check.
- A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
- Bonus points for a Cert III or IV in Disability, but it's not a dealbreaker!

Please Note: To be considered for this Support Worker role under the SCHADS Award, applicants must hold valid, independent Australian working rights, as Westhaven does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
