As General Manager, People & Capability, you will lead the delivery of Incolink's people nd capability strategy and provide executive leadership across organisational capability, workforce planning, culture, employee relations and talent management.
Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure our people practices enable the achievement of Incolink's strategic objectives and support a high-performance, values-driven culture.
You will:
Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Incolink's People and Capability Strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and future workforce requirements.
Act as a strategic advisor to leaders across the organisation on people, culture, organisational design and workforce matters.
Drive organisation-wide initiatives across workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement and capability building.
Lead and oversee all employee and industrial relations matters, providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with legislative and industrial obligations.
Develop and maintain contemporary people policies, frameworks and practices that support organisational performance and employee experience.
Lead enterprise agreement negotiations and manage key stakeholder relationships with unions, consultants and relevant statutory authorities.
Foster a high-performance culture through effective performance management frameworks, leadership coaching and organisational development initiatives.
Oversee the delivery of recruitment, onboarding, payroll and people administration functions,
ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to inform strategic decision-making, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and contribute to strategic organisational projects and transformation initiatives.
Champion a connected, inclusive and engaging workplace culture across all Incolink offices and locations.
Provide leadership to Incolink, building capability and ensuring the delivery of high-quality people services across the organisation.
Key Selection Criteria & Desired Attributes
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent substantial professional experience.
Senior experience across employee relations, industrial relations and organisational capability.
Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and monitoring people and capability initiatives
Experience operating in a licensed financial services workplace.
AHRI membership or equivalent professional accreditation.
Experience operating in a geographically dispersed organisation.
