Part time position for a qualified chef in a Fish and Chips Seafood bar Restaurant, Clyde Victoria 3978. Prepare all day-to-day kitchen operations. Lead the team during service with confidence and calm Assist with menu development and seasonal specials. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency Oversee food prep, portion control and waste management . Help manage kitchen rosters, ordering and stock control Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Training provided, onsite parking.
Pay: $31.00 per hour
