Pacific, we're looking for a commercially minded and people-focused Partnership Manager to help grow our presence across Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.

This isn't a desk-bound account management role. It's a business development role for someone who loves getting out in market, meeting club owners and operators, uncovering opportunities, and helping fitness businesses achieve better results through world-class fitness solutions. Every day you'll work with clubs to help them attract more members, retain more members, and create fitness experiences people genuinely love.

What You'll Be Doing ✅ Growing our network of club partners across WA, SA and NT

✅ Building solid relationships with club owners, managers and fitness leaders

✅ Identifying and converting new business opportunities

✅ Helping existing partners grow through Les Mills programs, digital solutions and SMART TECH equipment

✅ Creating sales strategies for your territory and owning your results

✅ Spending time in clubs, attending industry events and being visible in market

✅ Playing a key role in helping more people discover the life-changing benefits of fitness What Success Looks Like New partnerships signed

✔ Care about helping fitness businesses succeed Previous sales, account management or business development experience is advantageous, but not essential.

Experience within the fitness industry will be highly regarded.
