About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we currently have a position in our Spare Parts team.

Key responsibilities

- Daily ordering of parts
- Maintain Parts Warehouse
- Stocking and supply of parts to retail clients
- Stocking and ordering parts for the busy workshop utilizing company software
- Attending to customers enquiries in person, via phone or by email
- Offering exceptional customer service experience

About you

- Parts interpreting experience advantageous but not essential
- Passion for customer service
- Passion for the agricultural and construction industry
- Strong work ethic
- Long term commitment
- Competent computer skills
- Professional presentation
- Current drivers licence (Forklift licence an advantage)
- Willingness to learn
