About the Role

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

- Interpreting and supplying genuine Toyota parts and accessories.
- Assisting retail, trade and workshop customers with parts enquiries.
- Processing orders, invoices and customer transactions.
- Building on our trade business.
- Receiving, unpacking and storing stock.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control.
- Supporting the Service Department with timely parts supply.
- Delivering outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.

About You To be successful, you will have:





- Previous Parts Interpreter experience (Toyota experience highly regarded).
- Mechanical background an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
