With over 70,000 parts available nationally and backed by the strength of the Bapcor Group, we're committed to keeping Australia's transport industry moving We are currently looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our team in Rocklea. If you're someone with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and either mechanical knowledge or experience with automotive parts (particularly Japanese vehicle parts), we'd love to hear from you.

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll work closely with customers to identify and supply the right parts while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities Interpreting and sourcing truck parts for customers

Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person

Processing sales orders and customer enquiries

Picking, packing and dispatching orders

Assisting with stock control and inventory management

Working collaboratively with the wider branch team

Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers Qualifications What We're Looking For Essential Positive, can-do attitude





Solid customer service and communication skills

Reliable and team-focused approach

Good attention to detail

Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge Highly Regarded Experience as a Parts Interpreter

Automotive, truck, mechanical, or trade background

Experience with Japanese vehicle parts

Knowledge of Hino, Isuzu, Fuso, UD or other commercial vehicles

Forklift licence

Previous sales or customer service experience Don't have truck parts experience? That's okay. If you have automotive parts knowledge, mechanical aptitude, or a genuine interest in vehicles and customer service, we can provide training and ongoing support.
