As the business enters this exciting new chapter and continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic Broome team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Parts Interpreter with truck experience a must. In this role, you will provide specialised parts support to our customers by accurately identifying, sourcing and supplying the right spare parts.

The successful candidate will thrive in a busy workplace, contribute positively to our engaged team and help us maintain our reputation for outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers and internal staff to assess spare parts requirements.

- Assist customers in selecting and ordering the correct spare parts for their vehicles & machinery.

- Provide accurate pricing and availability information for parts.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure that parts are well-organised.





- Process orders efficiently and accurately, prioritising urgent requests.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

- Collaborate closely with the service team to deliver seamless support to customers.

- Maintain a safe and organised work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter with a specific focus on on-highway trucks is prefered.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.

- In-depth knowledge of on-highway truck parts and components.

- Solid problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced setting.
