Total Ag Solutions is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agricultural equipment customers by accurately identifying and sourcing the right parts for their needs. What you'll be doing

- Interpret customer enquiries and identify the appropriate parts required for their agricultural equipment.
- Source and procure the necessary parts from our extensive inventory or through our supplier network.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the correct parts for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory controls to ensure effective parts management.




- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our parts management processes and systems.

What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role within the agricultural equipment industry.
- Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and source the right parts.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide clear and helpful advice to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficient in using parts management software and inventory systems.
- A keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
