We want a pastry chef to dream up pastries, sweets and desserts from scratch — no existing menu, no "this is how we've always done it," just your ideas and a kitchen to make them real.

Who We Are

We're a growing hospitality group a with multiple concepts under one roof — including an Italian dessert bar Now we want to go further: new pastries, new sweets, new desserts, built by someone who actually wants to invent things instead of replicate them.

What You'll Actually Do

- Start with a blank page — develop original pastries, sweets and desserts, no inherited recipes to copy
- Bring genuinely new ideas and get them from concept to counter
- Experiment, taste, refine, repeat — we want R&D; energy, not just production energy
- Take charge of the process end to end: recipe, costing, presentation, the lot




- Work at a responsible pace — this is a real kitchen with real volume, not a hobby bench
