Are you a qualified Pastrycook who loves creating delicious sweet treats? This is your chance to join our award-winning cake team in Mandurah and be part of a bakery that’s as passionate about people as it is about pastries.

About the Role

As a Pastrycook with Miami Bakehouse, you’ll be part of our busy cake team producing handmade cakes, slices, biscuits and other sweets that delight our customers every day. You’ll be mixing, baking, decorating and finishing products to the highest standard, while also assisting with planning, ingredient ordering and quality control. Our shifts run between 9am and 6pm across 7 days, offering you daytime hours and a balanced lifestyle.

About You

You’re a qualified Pastrycook with around three years’ experience and a strong passion for baking sweet pastries. You thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced workplace and enjoy working with others to achieve great results. Physically fit, reliable, and fun to work with, you’re ready to bring your skills to a team that values quality and creativity.
