TPS is an Australian, family owned wholesaler supplying batteries from leading international manufacturers for automotive, leisure, industrial and renewable energy applications in Australia & New Zealand.

Home base for the role is at our TPS Tullamarine Distribution Centre. The role is chiefly to lead sales of company products including batteries and battery related products. Our key brands are Varta Automotive, Trojan, Discover, DeltaQ Chargers and a suite of Deltec products.

Our company model is B2B, servicing a multitude of customers through an internal and external service delivery model. If you're self-motivated, enjoy being on the road, and have a passion for exceeding targets, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:





- Seek new business opportunities for the company across our multitude of endorsed brands.
- Liaise with clients and customers including relationship management.
- Sales of company products including batteries and battery related products.
- Sales management and retention.
- Marketing/Trade shows where required.
- Resolution of customer complaints.
- High level of customer service.
- Solving technical issues and problem solving.
- Any other duties as required by the Executive Management of the company
- Most importantly, fit in with the team and be able to work together.
- Ability to be flexible, to adapt to changing deadlines and business demands.

Knowledge:

- As a sales and incentive orientated individual, you should have a proven track record of sales.
- Knowledge of battery industry is desirable but not required.

Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Must have a current drivers license.
