About You

Youwill be seeking an chance to display your exceptional people skills, be well presented, have a 'can do attitude' and have strong communications skills. In this role we require a highly skilled individual whose focus is to provide outstanding customer service, has the expertise in negotiating and closing a sale, whilst having a genuine love for sales and "People".

About the Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, confident individual to join our successful team as a Service Advisor.





The Service Advisor role is the first point of contact for our customers looking to have a stress-free experience with our company. So, we need someone with outstanding communication skills who will be comfortable dealing with all customer inquiries and assisting in all areas throughout the process of sales and repairs.

Northern Motor Group is a leader within the community with a reputation for excellence across all areas of our dealership. So, we are looking for someone who wants to continue that trend but also offer their own shine to the role.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
