You’ll own the accuracy of our Cabinet Vision data, turn complex drawings into efficient production reality, and help deliver outstanding projects on time.

About the Role

As our go-to technical expert, you’ll be the vital link between our overseas design office and our Melbourne sales and production teams and most importantly our clients. You’ll own the accuracy of our Cabinet Vision data, turn complex drawings into efficient production reality, and help deliver outstanding projects on time.

What You’ll Do

- Drive project accuracy by managing and updating all job data in Cabinet Vision
- Review and refine shop drawings and cutting lists to reflect client requirements
- Optimise material nesting to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
- Solve technical challenges as they arise and provide smart solutions




- Coordinate timelines between teams and keep projects moving smoothly
- Attend site visits (with the Project Manager and independently) for measurements, quality checks, and defect assessments
- Liaise confidently with our overseas team and local stakeholders

About You

- Proven experience in the joinery or cabinetry industry
- Strong working knowledge of Cabinet Vision (highly advantageous)
- AutoCAD experience is a big plus
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communicator, and natural problem-solver
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing workplace
