Western Work Force is a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment & Labour Hire business with its head office located in Perth, Western Australia. We specialise in providing Labour Hire, Professional and Engineering & Technical staff to all industries across Australia.

Our client is a progressive national company specialising in the Sales, Hire, Service and Repair of heavy automotive equipment. Due to continued business growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Service Advisor for their Sydney. The key responsibilities will be to work within the Service Department and provide great customer service to their clients. This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Include:

- Liaise with key personnel including management, mobile/workshop technicians, and office Support staff.
- Assist in the workshop activities, including, maintenance, repairs, servicing, and all warranty work.
- Coordinate scheduling of the technicians.
- Preparing quotation for service works.




- Assist in the Process and distribution of Service Reports and Invoices.
- Handle customer expectations and customer complaints, questions/concerns and offer sound technical advice.
- Provide clients with quotations for sales, hire and maintenance.
- Accurately and efficiently process data entry for all paperwork specific to workflow in a timely manner.
- Ensuring policies, procedures and processes are in place and adhered to.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator/Advisory position ideally within automotive industry.
- Outstanding problem solving and resolution skills.
- Highly motivated and a strong attention to detail.
- A committed team player.
