Technically solid Systems Engineer / Technical Analyst required to own and evolve a modern SaaS ecosystem that powers thousands of users across the business.
This is a hands-on role where you'll combine platform administration, automation and stakeholder engagement to improve the way people work every day.
What you'll be doing:
- Administering and optimising enterprise SaaS platforms including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucid, Miro and related tools.
- Driving automation through scripting, APIs and workflow improvements.
- Owning platform governance, user access, security and best practice.
- Acting as an L3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Supporting software rollouts, integrations and organisational change initiatives.
- Working closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to continuously improve internal technology services.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS and workplace technology platforms.
- Strong scripting,
automation or API integration skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
- A passion for process improvement and solving complex technical problems.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in AI and modern workplace technologies.
