A reputable commercial landscape & civil construction company are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and work on projects across Greater Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and direct all site-based tasks, ensuring that all works are executed to the highest standards.
- Lead a team of tradespersons, operators, and labourers, assigning tasks and ensuring areas of work are completed on schedule.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Take responsibility for the procurement and coordination of materials and equipment, ensuring they are available as needed to maintain workflow.
- Ensure the accurate set-out and construction of works in line with contract documents, including specifications and drawings, while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, ensuring all machinery and tools are in proper working condition and promptly addressing any issues.

Key Requirements

- Qualification in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or similar, with significant experience in commercial landscaping or civil works project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, plant operation, and site management, with a proven ability to interpret detailed contract documents, including specifications and drawings.
- Proficient in project scheduling, cost management, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials, labour, and equipment.
- Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card (WHS certification), with any relevant machinery operation tickets being highly regarded.
- Ambitious, energetic, and self-motivated, with solid interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

This is a site based role with projects across Greater Sydney, a company vehicle will be provided.
