SELECTION CRITERIA

Demonstrated commitment to support the values of a contemporary Catholic school for young women, focused on supporting the Educational Wellbeing of each student.

Current QCT registration, appropriatequalification and expertise in your nominated teaching areas, and a commitment to reflection, professional learning and continual growth.

Demonstrated ability to use a variety of high-impactpedagogical strategies and data-informedpractice to impact student outcomes and wellbeing.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students and parents and a demonstrated ability to work as part of anagile, solutions-focused, collaborative teaching team.

Commitment to the broaderlife of the College, including co-curricular and extra-curricular offerings and events beyondthe classroom.
