Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

The Superseal Group (AUST) is a growing Australian company and industry leader in specialised waterproofing solutions for the construction and building industries.

Celebrating 25 years in business, the group is led by a highly engaged Managing Director with interests across multiple businesses and projects. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with an experienced business owner in a role that extends well beyond traditional executive support.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide more than traditional administrative support.

Working closely with the Managing Director, this role is about creating leverage, protecting time, improving clarity, anticipating needs, driving accountability and ensuring important priorities become outcomes.

The Executive Assistant will become a trusted right-hand support to the Managing Director, helping create the space for strategic thinking while ensuring execution happens with professionalism, pace and attention to detail.

This role supports the Managing Director across Superseal and related business interests. It requires someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, discreet, proactive and confident operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Success in this role comes from anticipating what is needed, creating clarity, managing follow-through and ensuring priorities become outcomes. The successful candidate will help create time and space for the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities, key relationships and business growth, while providing confidence that important matters are organised, progressing and under control.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Managing Director’s calendar,



not just schedule it, ensuring time is aligned to high-value priorities

Manage appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and selected personal commitments with discretion and professionalism

Prepare the Managing Director before important meetings by coordinating agendas, briefing notes, presentations and supporting information

Ensure meetings have clear purpose, outcomes, actions, ownership and accountability

Turn ideas into action by capturing follow-up items, allocating responsibilities, setting deadlines and tracking completion

Act as a central communication point between the Managing Director, leadership team, customers, suppliers, advisors and key stakeholders

Identify risks, opportunities, gaps and issues early, bringing forward matters that genuinely require executive attention

Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, meeting notes and project updates with strong accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinate strategic initiatives, confidential projects, leadership meetings and special assignments

Maintain organised records, reminders, documentation and administrative systems

Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive and highly organised, with the judgement and confidence to provide trusted support at senior level.

Ideally you will possess:





Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Partner, Personal Assistant or senior administrative professional

Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy

Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace

Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving ability

Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills

Absolute discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Confidence to follow up actions, challenge respectfully when required and keep priorities moving

Current Driver Licence

Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related discipline
