Directions Workforce Solutions is recruiting an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our internal team in Midland — a great opportunity to step into a diverse, hands-on payroll role for both the apprentice and professional staff.

Reporting to the CEO, the role will be responsible for the smooth operations of the payroll team to ensure zero processing errors in the paying of staff and invoicing of host companies.

Conditions:

- Located in Midland, Perth
- 4 Days per week
- 15 Month initial contract with possibility of extension
- $90,000 - $95,000PA + Superannuation

Duties include:

- Processing pays
- Review of payroll and terminations
- Superannuation troubleshooting
- Leave and End of Month reconciliation
- Developing and maintaining payroll rules
- Processing PIP and severance payments

Successful candidates will have:

- Proven experience in an end-to-end payroll coordinator or payroll officer role.
- Experience within the GTO or Labour Hire environment
- Strong knowledge of pay and employment contracts for various Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Hands-on experience with Workforce One and Xero payroll.
- Strong understanding of superannuation and taxation requirements.




- Experience with leave management systems and leave reconciliation (myleave or similar).
- Confidence processing terminations, severance, and PIP-related payments.
- High attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Full Australian work rights.
