Job Title – Payroll Transformation Consultant
Job Location – Sydney
Employment Type – Long-term contract
Work Authorization: Applicants must have valid working/unlimited working rights in Australia. (Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this role) :
Payroll Transformation Consultant - with deep expertise in Australian payroll legislation, compliance, and payroll operating models to advise clients on payroll transformation initiatives.
The consultant will partner with business leaders to assess current-state operations, design future-state payroll solutions, and lead transformation programs that improve compliance, employee experience, efficiency, and service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting capabilities with hands-on knowledge of Australian payroll regulations, payroll governance, outsourcing, shared services, and payroll technology platforms- Success Factors.
Minimum
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 8+ years of experience in:
Payroll Operations ( Australia & Current Zealand) Payroll Transformation
HR Shared Services
HRO Consulting
Payroll Governance The candidate should have a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Experience leading client-facing transformation and consulting engagements.
