This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes real pride in getting the details right. From the moment a customer places an order to the moment they receive (and wear) their piece, you'll be part of making it happen. About the Role: Working in-house from our Burleigh Heads studio, you will:

1. Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with precision and care
2. Process orders for shipment (Shopify & StarShipit)
3. Respond to customer enquiries across email and social DMs, always in line with our brand tone
4. Gift-wrap, quality-check and prepare every order to our signature standard
5. Support general studio operations through our busiest season
