People Administrator

6-Month Secondment — Lorna Jane Head Office, Eagle Farm THE OPPORTUNITY A 6-month secondment has opened in the People team. Working alongside the People Business Partners in this entry level role you will get hands-on exposure to HR operations. Duties will include keeping our systems, records and processes running smoothly for Team Members and Store Leaders across the business.

This role ensures accurate, compliant HR administration so leaders and teams can focus on delivering an exceptional workplace experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Managing and triaging the People Team inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolutions

Maintaining accurate HR records and filing, and ensuring data integrity across all systems

Overseeing internal job changes from request through to contract distribution and payroll updates

Supporting employee file management, including contracts and compliance documents

Assisting with onboarding and induction by ensuring accurate documentation and system updates

Assisting with incident reporting and filing,



notifying the People Advisor and Leader when an injury occurs

Working closely with the Payroll Team on job changes, separations, part-time variations and award adjustments

Generating and distributing key HR reports, including probation milestones and contract reviews WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Attention to detail. We require accuracy and precision across HR processes, data entry and compliance

Robust time management. You will be able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Clear, professional communication when providing administrative information to stakeholders A proactive problem-solver who identifies challenges and suggests practical solutions
