People & Culture Manager – Operations

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager who is passionate about creating outstanding employee experiences while becoming an integral member of our Operations Leadership Team.

This is not a traditional HR role.

It is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands on operational support, partnering closely with our leadership team to ensure our workforce, compliance and culture continue to set the industry benchmark.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the People & Culture function while working collaboratively across all operational divisions.

You will provide practical, commercially focused advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting the continued growth of the business.

This role offers genuine variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

People & Culture Leadership

- Build a positive, engaged and high performing workplace culture.
- Coach and support leaders in employee relations and people management.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate roles.
- Develop recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

- Coordinate all onboarding and induction programs.
- Ensure employees are supported throughout their employment lifecycle.

Employee Relations

- Provide expert advice on performance management and investigations.
- Prepare employment documentation and HR correspondence.

HR Systems & Compliance





- Maintain employment records and HR systems.
- Support operational and legislative compliance requirements.

Operations Support

- Work closely with Business Managers to assist with workforce planning and operational projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About You You are an experienced People & Culture professional who enjoys being visible within the business and partnering closely with operational leaders.

You bring a practical approach, excellent judgement and the confidence to balance people outcomes with commercial objectives.

Ideally you will possess

- Demonstrated experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation and employment relations.
- Experience managing disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and robust administrative capability.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A team-oriented, proactive and solutions focused mindset.
