Mouse Soft is an Australian health-tech company with over 30 years of experience supporting specialist practices, day surgeries, and small to medium hospitals.We are now entering into a major growth phase with our next generation cloud-based, paperless clinical and admin platform - MedNext - powered by AI.

Purpose of the Role To provide structured exposure to People & Culture operations within a modern IT organization. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, digital HR systems, and administrative coordination while supporting the P&C; team in a remote working environment.

This role is designed as a learning-focused prospect with continuous training, real-time exposure, and professional development in HR practices.

⭐ Strong emphasis is placed on the candidate’s willingness to learn, adapt, and grow independently, along with a self-motivated and proactive learning mindset, which is critical for success in this remote role.

Learning Opportunities & Exposure

- Hands-on experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation using digital systems

- Exposure to recruitment coordination including virtual scheduling, communication, and candidate tracking

- Practical involvement in remote onboarding and induction processes

- Experience in managing leave,



attendance, and timesheet follow-ups through HR tools

- Exposure to HR policy development and SOP documentation updates

- Participation in day-to-day HR administrative and coordination activities

- Basic exposure to Zoho Projects and HR system coordination tools

- Understanding how HR functions operate within an IT industry setting

Requirements

- ⭐ Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow independently

⭐ Self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset

- Age below 24 years

- CQHRM undergraduate OR DHRM qualification completed at CIPM or Recognize University

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and coordination abilities

- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

- Ability to utilize AI tools is a plus point.

- Comfortable working in a remote/digital work environment

- Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
