What You'll Do

- Support annual performance and development processes
- Assist with remuneration reviews and incentive programs
- Conduct job evaluation and job levelling activities
- Provide reward and remuneration advice to stakeholders
- Support gender pay equity analysis and reporting
- Coordinate salary survey submissions and market benchmarking
- Analyse remuneration and performance data




- Develop communications for reward initiatives across the business

What You'll Bring

- Experience in HR, People & Culture or remuneration
- Robust analytical and Excel skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Exposure to job evaluation and market remuneration data
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn
