At Flair Performing Arts, we're more than a performing arts school. We're a place where children feel confident, supported and inspired to be themselves. The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Performing Arts Teacher with qualifications and/or professional experience in dance, drama, singing or musical theatre. You'll deliver engaging, high-quality classes while helping children aged 4-17 build confidence, develop new skills and, most importantly, have fun.

Essential Requirements





- Qualifications and/or significant professional experience in dance, drama, singing, musical theatre or a related performing arts discipline.
- Experience teaching or working with children aged 4-17.
- Current WA Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain before commencing).
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding children and creating a protected, inclusive and positive learning environment.

Desirable

- Current National Police Clearance.
- Experience working with children with additional needs.
- Experience across more than one performing arts discipline.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
