About the Role

As an Educator at Journey Nightcliff, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for toddlers. You’ll support children’s learning and development through play‑based experiences, helping them build confidence, independence, and social skills while fostering a strong sense of belonging.

This is a permanent part‑time role, Monday to Friday , offering stability, consistency, and opportunities to grow within a values‑driven organisation.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF

Build caring, respectful relationships with children and families

Create a protected, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Contribute to observations, documentation, and reflective practice

Support children's development, wellbeing, and growing independence

Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to support quality outcomes

Uphold health, safety, and safeguarding practices at all times

About You

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Must have completed National Child Safety Training

Understanding of child development and play‑based learning

Warm, caring, and relationship‑focused approach

Positive, reliable,



and team‑focused

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
