Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators with MR Truck licenses to join a busy and fast-paced Food Manufacturing warehouse operation in Ingleburn. These are Permanent roles working 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday and paying $38 p/hr + Super!

About the Role These are hands-on warehouse positions involving forklift operation, manual warehouse duties and local MR delivery driving work. You will work in both dry goods and Refrigerated environments when in the warhouse. MR Delivery Duties - Local delivery runs (no runs outside of Sydney metro)

- Runs are on a “as needed” basis, some days you will not be completing delivery work at all and purely be based in the warehouse operating High Reach forklifts
- Loads are 20% cartons and 80% neat pallets
- Some load on and load off required on delivery High Reach Forklift Duties - Operating high reach forklifts in racking up to 8 levels high
- Putaways, replenishment and stock rotation
- Pallet consolidations
- Picking orders using RF scanners
- Picking bulk orders Counterbalance Forklift Duties - Loading and unloading trucks and containers




- Receiving and despatch
- Inbound and outbound freight handling
- Supplying pallets to the automated warehouse system
- Dock work including forklift and manual handling
- Pallet consolidation
- Maintaining neat, secure and presentation-quality pallets Warehouse & Manual Handling Duties - Picking and packing orders
- RF scanning
- Palletising stock
- Pallet jack operation
- Shrink wrapping pallets
- General warehouse housekeeping About You To be successful, you will have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Current MR or above truck license
- Proven high reach forklift experience (up to at least 6 racks high)
- 2+ years local MR delivery driving experience
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing setting
- Experience in both dry goods and refrigerated environments
- Experience with putaways, replenishment and pallet consolidation
- Counterbalance forklift experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Willingness to undertake manual container unloading when required
- RF scanning and pick packing experience
- Pallet jack experience
- Palletising and manual handling experience
- Previous experience working within an automated warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse
- Sound understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
