Kirinari Community Services in Albury/Wodonga is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living and High Drop-in teams. You will oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to behaviour support plans, IPRPs, medical requirements and personal care to safeguard clients and staff.

You will implement Head Office policies, maintain NDIS standards, develop rosters of care, manage transitions and relocations, organise equipment, and communicate with clients and families.
