Holcim Australia and Current Zealand seeks a Batch Plant Operator for an active outdoor role at our concrete plants. You will operate and maintain batch plant equipment, manage yard flow, and assist with production tasks, with travel between sites as needed.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset. Regular overtime is available, and base pay is set for a 38-hour week with additional travel time and kilometres paid between sites.
