What You’ll Lead:

- Civil projects ranging from $100k to $1M
- Subdivisions, infrastructure works, road construction and concrete works
- Bulk earthworks, school projects, basement excavations, carpark construction
- Structural building components and complex civil interfaces
- Contract interpretation, EOTs, progress claims, variations and client communication
- Project planning, scheduling, procurement and reporting




- Tendering input and contract administration that drives winning outcomes
- Coordination with site teams to ensure quality, safety and performance

What You Bring:

- Proven civil construction PM experience
- Strong technical knowledge across roads, concrete, infrastructure, subdivisions and bulk earthworks
- Experience delivering projects in schools, carparks, basements or similar environments
- Confidence managing contracts, claims and variations
- Clear, skilled communication with clients and stakeholders
- A results‑driven mindset and the ability to achieve big outcomes with a small team
- Tendering experience (highly regarded)
- Contract administration skills (highly regarded)

The Offer

$150,000 - $170,000 salary (depending on experience) + company vehicle
