Honestly, let's sugarcoat it — there is some good news and there is some bad news.

Let’s get the bad news out of the way first:

- All Plumbing is hard work, I'm sure you know that already! Our expectation is to provide a "legendary experience" to all of our customers, we get the job done and keep everyone happy. Although it can be a tough gig at times, we provide our team with the very best tools and resources to ensure that they are able to complete their work comfortably and efficiently! We have a great team dynamic, operate with the latest tech and nurture an open book policy where you are free to work the way you like to work and innovate along the way.

Now let’s talk about the valuable stuff:

- 1. The work is fun, fresh and dynamic. You will be working directly for our founders, Jacko & Mitch, and helping them with a mix of projects, jobs and support.
- 2. We aren’t big on stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right the first go around.
- 3. The hours are great. We operate from 7:30am to 3:30pm , rarely work overtime and we dont do weekends, that's your time.
- 4. Know where you'll finish every day, we operate within a 7km radius of our Cheltenham warehouse,



servicing the local Bayside area.

You take pride in doing things properly. You'll have a full day of work ready for you, with realistic timeframes and no unnecessary pressure, just good, honest work.

- We're a digital business. You don't need to know everything from day one, but you do need to be willing to learn.
- You genuinely care about the people you're working for. Leaving someone's home better than you found it, not just the plumbing, but the whole experience, is something you take seriously.
- You take your time and do it right. We're not interested in rushed, half-finished work and honestly, neither are you.
- You don't need to be the life of the party. Quiet, methodical, a bit of a perfectionist? We'd love that. Just be a good person who enjoys their work.
- We run on systems that make life easier for everyone. Follow them, respect them, and if you think something could work better, say so. We're always open to it.
