Your average chance is around $3,500, with plenty of larger projects available.

There is no cap on your commission.

The more value you create for customers, the more you earn.

What You'll Be Doing

- Attend pre-qualified residential appointments across Melbourne

- Diagnose electrical issues and recommend the best solution for each customer

- Build trust through education, professionalism and exceptional service

- Prepare and present options that genuinely solve customer problems

- Complete smaller electrical works where appropriate

- Secure larger projects before handing them over to our installation team

- Generate opportunities across switchboards, lighting, fault finding, rewires, EV charging, split systems, home upgrades, renovations and general residential electrical work

- Deliver an exceptional five-star customer experience on every visit

Approximately 90% of your work will be residential,



with some light commercial and industrial opportunities.

About You

- Hold an A-Grade Victorian Electrical Licence

- Enjoy talking with homeowners

- Communicate clearly and professionally

- Take pride in your appearance and workmanship

- Naturally build trust with customers

- Like being rewarded for your performance

- Want to continue developing both technically and professionally

- Have a genuine desire to build a long-term career rather than simply hold another job

- Love working with a high performing team

Previous sales experience is advantageous—but not essential.

If you're coachable, motivated and genuinely care about helping customers, we'll provide the systems and support to help you become an elite performer.
