Silverchain is seeking a Home Care Worker to support older clients in Hobart and surrounding suburbs. You will provide in-home help with housekeeping, meal preparation, errands and social support to help clients live independently at home.
Requirements include a valid Australian driver's licence and your own insured vehicle, interest in community or aged care, and 3–6 months' experience in a similar role.
