Would you like to apply and further develop your ROS 2 knowledge in a practical teaching environment? As a student assistant in robotics education, you will support students during hands-on courses, assist with the preparation and delivery of teaching materials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ROS 2 course offerings. Your Profile
- Experience working with ROS 2 and Python
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and in an organized manner
- Current studies at a university or university of applied sciences
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Assistance with the preparation and delivery of ROS2 courses
- Mentoring and supporting international students
- Contributing to the creation and revision of course materials and exercises
- Assistance with organizational and technical tasks related to the courses
What We Offer
The successful candidate will be employed as a student assistant.
The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date and offered for a fixed term up to 05/31/2027.
The position is fixed-term until the completion of the course on May 31, 2027.
This is a part-time contract position.
The standard weekly hours will be 12 hours.
The salary is based on the RWTH Guidelines for Student and Graduate Assistants.
The position corresponds to a pay grade of 15.20 euros per hour.
