You’llprovide compassionate, street-based drug and alcohol support to people who are rough sleeping.



Working closely with partner agencies,you’lltake a whole-person approach, responding toeach individual’sneeds around housing, health,financesand family relationships.

We’relooking for someone who is motivated,flexibleand confident working both independently and as part of a team.
