Our client is a well-established residential builder and developer with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes across NSW. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Permits Officer to join their high-performing pre-construction team.

The Role

- Prepare and lodge DA, CDC, CC and OC applications.
- Coordinate planning approvals and statutory documentation.
- Liaise with councils, certifiers, consultants and service authorities.
- Manage the approvals process from submission through to approval.
- Monitor application timeframes and proactively follow up outstanding items.
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant legislation and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems.

About You





- Previous experience as a Permits Officer within residential construction.
- Strong understanding of the NSW planning and approvals process.
- Experience managing DA, CDC, CC and OC applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using the NSW Planning Portal is highly regarded.
