About the role

Support three fun-loving participants in Kingscote to achieve their NDIS goals and live independently. Provide person-centred active support while building strong, positive relationships. Report to the House Supervisor and collaborate with the CLO support team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

NDIS Worker Screening

Working with Children Check

Current driver's licence

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)

Duties & Responsibilities

Support participants to achieve NDIS goals and live independently

Assist with daily living skills, communication and community participation

Foster inclusion through community activities and social connections

Provide person-centred support that respects dignity, choice and independence

Maintain accurate documentation for quality outcomes

Facilitate meaningful activities like arts, crafts, gardening and outdoor adventures

Attend community events, sports games and local outings

Collaborate with team to create a safe, supportive environment
